Overview

The route begins with a drive from Bishkek towards the Kegeti Gorge. The total driving distance is approximately 170 km. Upon arrival at the trailhead, the group begins the hiking section of the journey. The hiking route is approximately 14 km long. The starting point is located at an elevation of 1,800 meters, while the final destination is the high-altitude Kol-Tor Lake at 2,733 meters above sea level. The total elevation gain is 900 meters.
